Abandoned Plane Wreck Transformed Into Luxury Holiday Home

A plane wreck can be a profitable start if you can spot the business opportunity in a tragic accident. In Bali, an abandoned plane has been transformed into a luxury holiday attraction. Tourists are willing to pay thousands to spend the night in a plane wreck.

The Boeing 737 is now seen above Bali’s Nyang Nyang beach and it’s far from an undesirable wreckage. It was revamped to include luxurious amenities like a private swimming pool and a glass-edged walkway across the plane’s wing.

A crashed plane doesn’t always ward off people. The “Private Jet Villa by Hanging Gardens Air” meets the demand of elite customers who want to leave their homes for a one-of-a-kind living space. One night in the holiday home is $7,240.

The plane was initially owned by Mandala Airlines but it was bought by a businessman named Felix Demin. Demin transported the destructed plane to the cliff by truck and crane to bring his vision to life of a luxury hotel.

“Externally and structurally, this is a jet aircraft that we have turned into a luxury hotel,” Demin wrote on his website.

The space comes with two bedrooms, separate bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a private bar area, and free private parking. Breakfast is available since the people in this plane wreckage are lucky and will see the next morning. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included to stay connected with others.

The exterior of the plane is a view of the gardens and an outdoor seating area. There is a firepit for comforting evenings where guests are encouraged to kick back and relax. Stress is a distant emotion in this plane wreck experience.

For those who want to cool off from the heat, there is a swimming pool with views of the Indian Ocean.

Don’t pull out the credit cards yet. This place isn’t open for bookings until April 2023. People are expressing excitement on social media about this transformation. The wait will be over in the near future and tourists can crash in this holiday spot soon.
