Deer can sometimes find themselves in tricky situations. Sheriff’s deputies in Michigan had to respond to a home after a deer had broke into a home and jumped on a bed.
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call from members of the Monitor Township family that were at home when the unusual suspect broke in. The family had heard the sounds of a front window shattering.
The family members soon discovered there was a deer running wild through their home, heading from room to room. Deputies arrived to find the deer in one of the bedrooms.
The sheriff’s office shared a photo of the deer standing on the bed on Facebook. “Not our usual B&E suspect,” the caption for the post read.
Deputies were able to escort the deer from the bedroom after closing the doors to the rest of the rooms in the home. “Luckily, neither the deer nor deputies were injured and the family opted not to press charges,” the sheriff’s office said.
