The one place a deer should probably avoid running through is a butcher shop as employees may get the wrong idea. A deer decided to throw caution to the wind and crashed through the glass front door of a Minnesota butcher shop.
Melissa Evans, owner of the She Said Butcher Shop in Moorhead, Minnesota, explained that she and her daughter were in a back room at the business when the doe crashed through the glass door. Security cameras captured the deer crashing through the store and Evans posted the video on the business’ Facebook page.
In the video, the deer can be seen running wild through the business. Not only did the animal break the glass door but it also kicked a hole in the wall and knocked over some plants before exiting back through the shattered door.
“This was truly an ordeal and I am really not sure who was more scared at the time me or the deer but it was a pretty terrifying experience overall,” the post read.
Evans added: “Other than a smashed door, a hole in the wall and a few broken plants, everything else came out unscathed and I am thankful because it could have been so much worse, not only with damages but potentially could have seriously hurt someone.”
