Eat at the Fancy Feast Restaurant

If you’re an over-the-top cat lover, this new restaurant may just be for you. Fancy Feast has decided to branch into serving human food by creating a limited-time restaurant.

Fancy Feast has become a household name in gourmet wet cat food across the United States. To celebrate its new globally inspired Fancy Feast Medleys recipes, the brand announced Gatto Bianco by Fancy Feast, a limited-time, Italian-style trattoria and culinary experience in New York City.

Gatto Bianco will actually serve dishes that are meant for humans. The restaurant “will bring the mealtime experience of cats to life for cat owners and cat lovers” and will even feature a special appearance by the Fancy Feast cat.

The dishes take inspiration from the Medleys recipes and pay homage to traditional Italian cuisine. The menu was developed by Fancy Feast’s in-house chef, Amanda Hassner, along with Michelin Star winning Italian chef and acclaimed New York restaurateur Cesare Casella.

The two-day pop-up is located near New York City’s West Village and Meatpacking District. The restaurant is expected to be open on August 11 and 12 with up to eight diners allowed each day.
