The Baird, Texas, home is a 2,168-square-foot, three-bedroom residence that is definitely not what you would expect at first glance. The house dons a white exterior as a mask for the ghoulish sights that await those who enter.
Tina Irias, a realtor with Keller Williams Realty, is the seller’s agent for the spooky home and has previously worked with the couple who owns the property. On a previous occasion, Irias said helped the couple sell another home, which also highlighted their love for the undead. However, it was definitely not to the same extreme as this property.
“They are super sweet people,” Irias said. “They just love the thrill of Halloween.”
The home apparently operates as a “haunted house,” under the name “13 Vultures Haunted Estate.” The house is listed for sale at $125,000 but the homeowners would consider selling the property in its entirety, which includes the business name, the website, all of the contents of the home, the house and the 1.96 acres of land for a cool $200,000.
Those with a love for spooky decor will love everything in this home, which contains a spacious kitchen area with “room for a gurney to perform late-night surgeries” as the creepy home’s listing states, all wrapped up with a “haunted house” vibe.
Irias said there has been interest from potential buyers but no offers have been made. She added that during a recent showing, one woman called the home “charming.” “Charming is not quite the word I would have used but we will go with that,” Irias said.
