Highway Covered in Bud Light

There’s nothing like cracking open a cold one with a group of friends. Unfortunately, some tastebuds might be left unquenched as a result of a crash that covered a Georgia highway in Bud Light beer. Pour one out for the boys in this sad hour.

Interstate 75 in Georgia was littered with cases of Bud Light when a truck carrying the load was involved in a crash. According to the Cartersville Police Department, the crash involved the tractor-trailer carrying the beer and a pickup truck.

The accident caused the southbound side of the interstate to be closed for cleanup most of the morning. Drivers were told to expect delays and seek alternate routes if possible. Authorities remain unclear as to what caused the crash.

The Cartersville Police Department posted on Facebook about the incident. The caption to the photo read: “Multi-vehicle accident on I-75 south with an overturned tractor trailer just north of Exit 288 Main Street. All lanes are closed at this time. Expect delays and seek alternate routes.”
