Man Arrested After Shooting at Closed Taco Bell

Sometimes we just need the delicious taste of fast food immediately. A man from Washington got so irritated that a Taco Bell was closed that he shot at the restaurant.

According to Taco Bell employees working that night, they were closing the restaurant when a man, now identified as David W. Sharp, arrived at the drive-thru. This incident happened around 2 a.m. at the Yakima, Washington, location.

The 30-year-old immediately became “immensely upset” and started yelling that he would break the windows if he wasn’t served. Sharp then started banging on the front doors of the fast-food restaurant and tried to break in.

The employees thought the man eventually left but one of them was driving away from the restaurant when they heard a single gunshot. The worker called 911 and told police that the man was shooting at them.

Authorities reportedly discovered a bullet hole in the building of the Taco Bell location and a second grazing round on an exterior wall. Sharp now faces charges of a drive-by shooting, DUI, harassment, malicious mischief, and violation of a concealed pistol license.
