R.O.T.O.R. | Get The Flick Outta Here #69

In anticipation of a future that will undoubtedly see an epidemic of marauding gangs of arsonist murderers, the Dallas Police Department is developing a prototype for an army of Judge Jury & Executioner cops, codename R.O.T.O.R. They’ve finished the body, but the brain isn’t ready yet. AND NOW IT’S LOOSE.

The original script was written as a parody, but the director and producers decided to take it seriously. The lead actor, who is also a producer, never acted again. It’s not even his voice that comes out of his face, because he refused to re-record his dialogue when the audio track was mysteriously lost while the movie was shelved for two full years.

The awfulness of this movie is the stuff of LEGEND. But is it so bad that it’s good? Will we Get The Flick Outta Here?
