When cravings hit, they usually can’t be ignored until being fulfilled. A man was looking to make a delicious bowl of Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes when he discovered he didn’t have any milk. The only logical choice he had was to turn up to a neighbor’s house and ask for the cool beverage.
Except when the hungry individual approached a home, it was 12:20 a.m. on a weekday. He rang Craig Allen’s front door armed with his box of cereal and a dream only to be shut down immediately.
The bizarre request was captured on Allen’s doorbell camera and showed a man, dressed in a beanie hat and hoodie, holding his Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes. The door opens around ten seconds later, with the man introducing himself and asking “I can’t pinch some milk off you by any chance?” Allen, having opened the door despite the inconvenient hour, told the hungry door knocker to “f*** off mate.”
“We were just locking up and getting ready for bed when the doorbell rang. I don’t know what he would have done if I had given him some milk, just scooped it out of the box? I don”t know!” Allen said.
Clearly, the man wasn’t prepared but maybe if he had brought a bowl with him, his request could’ve been taken more seriously.
