Man Earns World Record for 2,995 Disneyland Visits

If there’s one thing for certain, it’s that people love to visit Disney Parks at any age. A California man set a world record for the most consecutive visits to Disneyland by heading to the theme park for 2,995 consecutive days.

Jeff Reitz began his daily visits to Disneyland back in 2012. After 2,995 consecutive days visiting the Anaheim theme park, his streak came to an end when the park was forced to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020.

The 50-year-old used the power of social media to chronicle his daily Disney trips, which started gaining media attention after his 60th consecutive visit to the park. Back in 2017, he made his 2,000th visit and was awarded with a backpack full of gifts from Disney officials.

Reitz has yet to make his return to Disneyland since the start of the pandemic but he’s hoping to get there to participate in Disney’s 100th anniversary celebrations later this year.

“I have not set a return date yet but now I think it would be really fun to return with my Guinness World Records title certificate to get pictures where I earned it — inside Disneyland,” Reitz said.
