The cold weather has done a ton of damage across the United States and not just in the northern region of the country. Texas was recently hit was a cold weather blast that swept throughout the state, hurting both its citizens and businesses alike.
A car wash was the scene of an epic icicle show as it was frozen solid and damaged from the cold. Not only was the car wash’s brush roller completely encased in ice but so was everything around it.
A video was posted to Instagram by Matthew W. Guthrie who was on the lookout for icicles. The caption for his video read: “Went hunting for icicles all morning and H-E-B had the best ones!!”
The H-E-B car wash in question was located in Lakeway, just outside of Austin, Texas, and its interior was filled with huge icicles. The video was filmed on December 24, 2022, when temperatures in the area dipped into the low double-digits.
