Apparently, like humans, camels crave a tasty burger every once in a while. A man decided to treat his animal to some fast-food french fries when they headed through the drive-thru at a restaurant in Las Vegas.
Brandon Nobles, the handler of the dromedary camel named Fergie, took the animal for a walk to In-N-Out Burger. There, the pair strolled through the drive-thru lane to place their order of french fries.
As one would expect with such an unusual scene, several videos were taken by onlookers. In one, Nobles and Fergie patiently wait their turn after ordering their food. Once the box of fries is given, Fergie is surrounded by a crowd of onlookers wanting a picture of the animal. “She loves the french fries,” Nobles said as Fergie chowed down on the food.
Fergie is a 14-year-old camel that was rescued from her former home in Colorado. She now lives on Nobles’ farm and has made several similar trips to other local businesses before, like Wendy’s and Einstein Bros Bagels.
