Going for a romp while in a fight with others is definitely risky behavior. A man recently appeared in a U.K. court after he had sex with his wife in a public parking lot amid an ongoing fight with neighbors.
Lee Craig McConnell pleaded guilty to indecent exposure after the act was captured on CCTV footage. The decision to have more than a good time began when McConnell started parking his vehicle and camper van in a neighbor’s parking space on a number of occasions.
The 28-year-old’s actions left the neighbors always struggling to find a place to park. His actions “led to some tension and arguments” and the neighbour whose parking spot kept getting used was forced to put up a bollard, which is similar to a blockade.
After the bollard was repeatedly tampered with, the neighbor installed a surveillance camera to catch the offender. CCTV captured McConnell pushing the post over on two different occasions but it also caught him doing a lot more than that.
According to the prosecutor, the neighbour saw McConnell “masturbate outside the front of his house and had sexual intercourse with his wife over the bollard.”
The prosecutor said that the CCTV footage “clearly shows the defendant facing the camera and masturbating. He appears to be talking and she (McConnell’s wife) is wearing some sort of gown, who then walks towards the bollard, goes over the bollard and engages in that (sexual) act.”
When reviewing the camera footage, the neighbour said she was “completely disgusted” and felt the act was meant to “shock and intimidate me.” McConnell’s lawyer denied such accusations and confirmed that his client and his wife are now moving.
“All they are doing is removing themselves from a very difficult situation,” he said. “It is sad and this is a man who is trying to bring up a family and work. He is highly embarrassed about what happened. It is a very hard lesson to learn.”
