When an animal is curious, it can go to great lengths to complete its discovery. Employees of a Pennsylvania restaurant had to help a deer after it crashed through the front window of the business and ran its way through the dining area.
The owners of the Blue and Gray Bar & Grill in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, said that employees were inside the restaurant when the deer crashed through the window around 8:45 a.m. on December 12, 2022.
A group of the employees worked together to subdue the animal while others called Gettysburg police and U.S. National Parks Service personnel to the scene. Officials were able to secure the deer and load it into the back of a pickup truck for transportation out of the town, where it was eventually released.
The owner did mention that only the window had sustained significant damage. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.
