Man Impersonates Police Officer to Help Sister Cheat on Exam

Some people would go to great lengths to help their siblings. An Indian man was arrested for impersonating a police officer in order to help his sister cheat on an exam.

Anupam Madan Khandare man entered the Shahbabu Urdu High School in Patur, India, wearing a khaki police officer uniform with the goal of helping his sister cheat on her Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exams. The 24-year-old planned to infiltrate the examination center “under the pretext of “supervising the students” and then give his sister the information needed to pass the exam.

While Khandare was able to enter the school without any issues, the problems began to arise when a real police inspector and his team arrived to deal with security during the exam. Upon spotting the police, Khandare attempted to salute his “colleagues” but his awkward gestures instead raised suspicion.

An examination was completed by the group of real policemen who noticed all kinds of inconsistencies. The nameplate on the man’s uniform was incorrect, the quality of his uniform was not great and after checking his pockets, they found a bunch of cheat sheets meant for his sister, who was taking the 12th standard exam.

Khandare was taken into custody and charged with impersonating a government servant. He now could possibly face jail time for his crime.
