If you mess with the bull, you get the horns. An escaped bull caused mayhem in the city of Lod, Israel, as it ran through the streets before charging into a bank.
A video captured and posted to Twitter shows the bull running through the hallways of the Bank Leumi while a group of employees attempt to chase the animal out of the building. The group was able to get a lasso around the bull’s neck. As for how much that helped the situation, that remains unclear.
After a bit of chasing around the bull, Lod Municipality representatives said a city-employed veterinarian was requested to assist with the situation. They were able to hit a bullseye at the animal with a tranquillizer dart once the animal was outside of the building.
The bull had somehow escaped from its home but was safely returned to its owner after the incident was under control. No injuries were reported and no serious damage was done to the building according to Bank Leumi officials.
