Deer have a tendency to wander into places they shouldn’t be in. Getting into a sticky situation can be tricky to get out of. In this case, a JCPenney store at a Pennsylvania mall was the location of one deer’s curiosity.
The deer took its time wandering through the Park City Center mall in Lancaster, first entering the shopping center through a door near Qdoba restaurant. Employees at the eatery said that the animal had then run into the nearby JCPenney store.
After making its way into the department store, witnesses said the deer ended up in the dressing room. Perhaps it was looking for some outer layers for the winter season?
The Pennsylvania Game Commission was contacted regarding the incident. Officials responded to the mall in order to help escort the deer back outside. The JCPenney store remained temporarily closed in the afternoon to try to get the situation under control.
