Going to Disney World can already leave people with tensions running high. Only a little egging on is all they need to get into a full-on brawl at the park.
It’s safe to say that Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom wasn’t the happiest place to be when a fight between two families broke out following a disagreement over taking a photo of a sign.
The brawl occurred on May 15, 2023, at around 2:30 p.m. at the Orlando-based theme park. And it all started just inside the entrance gates to the park when the two families started arguing over taking a photo of a sign celebrating the 100th anniversary of The Walt Disney Company.
One family had asked another larger family to move out of frame so they could take a photo with the sign. Clearly, one person didn’t like the request and punched a member of the other family in the face. That’s when both groups got into it.
At least one person was treated for injuries but decided not to press charges over the incident. Orange County police were able to remove two others from the park.
