New High-Tech Stroller is Powered by Artificial Intelligence

AI is all over the place these days, including your baby’s next stroller. A Canadian stroller maker is set to release the world’s most advanced AI-powered baby stroller.

The Glüxkind Ella was unveiled at the most recent Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and is on a completely different level than your typical baby stroller. The pram can not only rock your baby to sleep but it can also do a handful of helpful things that one could only dream of.

The small battery-powered vehicle uses artificial intelligence to assist the user on uphill and downhill slopes, constantly monitoring surroundings via an array of sensors and cameras and self-driving capabilities to allow it to travel without being steered, among many other impressive functions.

When the baby is inside, Ella can be put into Rock-My-Baby mode, which gently moves the stroller back and forth by itself. This mode can help the baby fall asleep easier, with the assistance of a built-in white noise generator.

The Glüxkind Ella has a three-hour battery charge, which is enough for six hours of use. The stroller can be paired with Android and Apple smartphones and can be monitored via GPS so you can keep track of its whereabouts at all times, which you’ll want to do considering the price.

The Glüxkind Ella is set for an April 2023 launch and if interested, you’ll need to put up a $200 down payment on one. As for the price of the base model, that’s a cool $3,800.

“With Glüxkind’s Ella, we aim to make parenting easier, starting with the key piece of parenting equipment, the baby stroller. At Glüxkind, we believe in empowering our families with safe, convenient, and seamless products,” Glüxkind CEO Kevin Huang said.
