Man Arrested After Stealing Sandwiches From Subway and Growling at People

When you’re in a hangry mood, who knows what could happen? A West Virginia man was arrested after he stole sandwiches from Subway and started growling at people.

Police Officers from Morgantown, West Virginia, were called to a Subway restaurant on February 20, 2024, following a disturbance call they received. When they arrived, they learned that David Clark went behind the counter to make his own submarine sandwich at the establishment.

Subway staff had reportedly told the 48-year-old to stop but he responded by allegedly raising his fist and threatening staff, who fled the restaurant in fear. Cops found Clark outside the restaurant with “unpaid food in his mouth,” while also “growling at citizens in the area.”

Clark was arrested for his behavior and is currently behind bars at North Central Regional Jail.
