Semi Truck Covers Washington Road in Scrambled Eggs

How does the saying go, there’s no use in crying over scrambled eggs? A major road in Washington was closed after a semi-truck crashed and spilled its load of eggs.

The Washington State Patrol said that the crash involved two semi-trucks on State Route 18, near the Raging River Bridge in Issaquah, Washington. The crash occurred at about 3:50 a.m. and took hours to clean up.

Trooper Rick Johnson posted on X about the accident, writing: “Lots of eggs to clean up.” He also included several photos of the crash, which showed several boxes of eggs spread across the roadway.

Johnson reported that both drivers walked away from the accident without serious injuries. The cause of the crash still remains under investigation but intoxication was not believed to be at play.
