Arizona Resident Finds Bobcat Laying on Dog Bed

Taking a cat nap is much more relaxing when laying on something soft. This couldn’t be more true when a resident in Arizona arrived home to discover that a bobcat had entered their home and was lounging on a dog bed.

The Arizona Game and Fish Department posted on Twitter about the incident, saying that the San Manuel homeowner returned home from work to find the bobcat chilling on their dog’s bed. The animal really just wanted to have a relaxing snooze.

The homeowner contacted authorities but unfortunately “the bobcat escaped before an officer arrived,” the post said.

The department made sure to remind residents not to attempt to handle entrapped or injured wildlife themselves. Instead, they suggested calling their department to get assistance from authorities.
