Even raccoons have got to eat. Customers at a Toronto McDonald’s were shocked when a hungry raccoon wandered its way inside the eatery.
A TikTok was uploaded to the video-sharing app, which showed the raccoon calmly wandering around a McDonald’s in the Scarborough, Ontario, region. Customers looked on in surprise and amusement as the raccoon took its time moving around the eatery.
The raccoon eventually approached the man recording the video and investigated his legs. The animal then turns its attention to a jacket on the seat beside the man, which has a faux-fur liner on its hood. “That’s for my son, come over here,” the man said.
The man continued to film the raccoon as it scurried through the restaurant and attempted to evade an employee trying to lead it to the door with a broom. McDonald’s employees tried using chicken nuggets to lure the raccoon to the exit but “he didn’t fall for it.”
It remains unknown how employees were able to get the raccoon out of the building.
