The day of love certainly had someone a bit heartbroken as a pig was found on the loose in Kentucky. Animal control officers in the area are currently on the hunt to find the owner of a pig after the “Valentine swine” was found running loose in a roadway.
Lexington-Fayette Animal Care & Control announced on Facebook that officers responded to a call about a pig that was reportedly running loose on Radcliffe Court in Lexington, Kentucky, on February 14, 2023.
“Swooning for this Valentine swine? This guy was caught this morning running loose on Radcliffe Court. Call our Animal Services Department at 859-255-9033 x 233 if you’re missing this someone special!” the post read.
The post made sure to include a sweet video of the male pig after it was brought to an animal shelter while officers look for its owner. They’re hoping that whoever lost the pig will see the post and reunite the pair.
