Florida Man Tries to Steal Waffle House Tattoo

Getting a tattoo is an expensive purchase unless you simply refuse to pay. A man was arrested after he refused to pay for a $250 tattoo he received from a shop in Florida.

Max Alexander Krejckant was reportedly under the influence when he got the Waffle House logo tattooed on his right calf at Ink Godz in St. Petersburg, Florida. Despite the restaurant chain’s logo being yellow and black, Krejckant chose gray and black since he didn’t want to pay the extra $100 for yellow ink.

According to police, when it came time to pay for the tattoo, Krejckant “refused all options to satisfy his debts.” A frisk of Krejckant turned up only “six dollars and a driver’s license in his bag and nothing on his person.”

Ink Godz owner Neil Marcus said that he has seen some customers try to walk out without paying for their fresh tattoos but that it usually happens during Spring Break. Krejckant was charged with theft but bonded out of jail after posting $150. He pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor count.
