Burger King Thailand has recently been in the news with the viral “Real Cheese Burger” they introduced, which features 20 slices of only cheese. To go above and beyond, the restaurant also shared photos of various “Real” burgers they launched on July 18, including a “Real Meat Burger.”
“This is what you desire? Have It Your Way, for meat lovers!” Burger King Thailand said in a caption on Facebook.
Several food bloggers have wanted to jump on this trend and try these bizarre creations. One Thai food blogger, Believe Me, I Already Ate, shared photos of himself online ordering the “Real Meat Burger” with 100 meat patties and attempting to eat it.
“I could not finish it all, but I just wanted to see what it looked like, and I wanted my followers to witness it too. I think the burger with five to 10 patties is the perfect amount,” the blogger said.
While many were stunned by the images of the burger in real life, many wondered where the leftovers went if the blogger couldn’t finish the meal. Luckily, nothing went to waste as the blogger said that he made Pad Kaprao (a stir-fried meat dish with basil) with the leftover patties.
The “Real Meat Burger” is available at Burger King Thailand from now until further notice. While the company didn’t specify the maximum number of patties that can be added to the burger, the 100 layer burger retails for around $290.
