Sometimes people just have too much time on their hands leading to a dramatic turn of events.
Police officers responded to a call regarding a man on the streets of a southwest town in San Antonio with a gunshot wound to his rear. The bleeding buttocks had no plausible explanations as the man refused to cooperate with the cops.
Whether his sealed mouth is a result of embarrassment or a messy criminal act, the events leading up to the wound remain a mystery. A pistol could have been dusting on the shelves, and the 31-year-old man may have decided to fire a few bullets. Perhaps he didn’t have an external target so he did what any rational person would do — he shot himself. The excitement zapped out of his monotonous life is restored with pain, which is a more lively emotion than boredom.
Luckily, the flying gunshot landed on his bum instead of the head or chest. A bruised bum is significantly better than an irreversible brain injury. The man was taken to the University Hospital and he is recovering with no other reported injuries.
The man is forced to find a better target as his bum can only take so much heat.
