“Love, Actually”, the OG Christmas rom-com, came out 20 years ago this past November.
Now that you’ve turned to dust, sweep yourself up off the floor and understand that while for some, this movie is a beloved Holiday tradition, for others, this is a reviled piece of facile reductionist garbage with stock characters, ridiculous plotlines and enough performative saccharine charm to choke a philandering husband.
Honestly, I’m not sure where I stand.
But Kate has never seen this movie until YESTERDAY, and I’m dying to see what she thinks of it and whether or not she is going to GET THE FLICK OUTTA HERE.
