Woman Gets Tattoo of Her Employer’s Logo

Passion at work can be a good thing; the joy of performing one’s duty can lead to excellence at work. Here’s the thing though — some people can take a good thing and extend it too far. A woman who works as a dog groomer got a tattoo of her salon’s logo to show her dedication to the company.

Rachel Wallace, 39, has gone above and beyond the call of duty when she got a giant logo of her salon tattooed on her leg. Wallace, who works at Four Paws Doggie Daycare and Pet Grooming, in Cheshire, never wants to step foot into another doggie salon.

The passionate worker visited TattSues studio in Oldham, where she had the Four Paws dog Boo and his bone inked on her left leg.

“It’s a standing joke that I’m not allowed to go anywhere but this really proves I won’t,” Wallace said. “I guess now my leg is part of my CV! I’m covered in tattoos so it seemed only right to have Boo as well.”

This company logo isn’t the only tattoo on her body, as she has inkings of her late Staffie Labrador cross Bonnie and a paw in hand design to represent her Saluki Toffee.

The dedicated tatt has impressed Rachel’s boss Fern Gresty. “Rachel is the most dedicated dog groomer and we are privileged that she works with us to pamper the dogs in Cheshire,” Fern said.

He added: “I am personally in awe of her dedication and so proud to know the business I created means as much to other people as to me! Rachel always had a job for life at Four Paws but now we are literally a part of her!”

Let’s hope her employer never fires her. Other salons may frown upon the design.
