Dropping your pants anywhere you please can get you in a steaming pile of trouble. A Florida man was arrested after he proceeded to defecate on a dead possum during rush hour traffic.
Rudy Wilcox was spotted dropping trow on a dead possum in the middle of Belcher Road and Willow Tree Trail in Clearwater, Florida. The 45-year-old man thought that taking a dump around 5:30 p.m. on November 15, 2023, in “full view of the motoring public during busy traffic times” was the right way to go.
“The def. was observed defecating on a deceased possum with his pants lowered and his anal region exposed,” a Pinellas County affidavit said.
In addition to pooping on the possum within the view of motorists, he was also allegedly witnessed in action by a police officer with the Clearwater Police Department. When questioned about the incident, Wilcox denied the act and said the officer who witnessed him “doesn’t see straight.”
“Physical evidence was viewed at the scene which corroborates the allegations alleged,” the affidavit said.
It was also reported that Wilcox, who is currently homeless, was not under the influence of any intoxicants at the time of the alleged incident. He was charged with exposure of sexual organs and booked at the Pinellas County Jail.
